SHIPPING

Every item purchased on this website is guaranteed to be shipped for free with no additional charges to the price listed on the website, within the 48 US states. International shipping fees vary, please email us at sales@humanhairwefts.com to confirm.

We ship via USPS/DHL/UPS at our sole discretion which generally takes 3-5business days after shipped to arrive to you for in stock orders. Orders process in 24-72hours and takes 3-5business days (excluding holidays/weekends) to deliver. Custom orders can take 1-3weeks to get delivered.

 

All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will hold your package until it is picked up and signed for.

If a package is returned to sender because the buyer did not claim the package, we are not responsible for reshipping a replacement. Buyer is responsible for any extra shipping fees.

Shipping time is approx. 3-5 days from after order has been processed. Sometimes an item might be out of stock. At this point, we will notify customer if they will like a replacement or a full refund.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on all items within 15 days of purchase unless specified otherwise. Return Acceptance Policy is as follows:

Items may be returned for exchange if the item is wrong or defective . Customer has 15days to return item to us in its unused condition. If item has been used or altered in any way, form or fashion, we will not be able to accept a return due to health regulations.

All items returned for a refund will be subject to a $15 reduction for shipping and an extra 15% restocking fee if past 15days. For exchange, shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless error is from our part at HumanHairWefts.com

If you need to return an item to be exchanged or refunded, please email us at sales@humanhairwefts.com. If the merchandise is damaged due to negligence, it will be returned to you at your expense. All items are thoroughly inspected for our exchange/refund purposes due to health regulations.
